Refunds
We do not offer refunds of any kind as most of our items are made to order or pre-orders.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is damaged or defected you must email us photos to thewildcactusllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery of item. We will exchange/replace the same item when available or shop credit will be given. We will email a shipping label to return the item and you will have 5 business days to print/ship the item or the label and the exchange/credit will be canceled and no longer valid/available.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us within the 48 hour time frame from delivery and once the return is accepted we will email you a shipping label that you are responsible for printing. You then have 5 business days to print/ship the item(s) or the label and the exchange/credit will be canceled and no longer valid/available.
