Q: What is your turn around time? 

A: Our average turn around time is 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS. This does not include weekends or holidays. Preorders will always have their own, separate tat! Turn around time, or TAT, can vary from time to time and the best place to find the most accurate information is our Facebook group that you can find on our contacts page.

Q: Why is my order taking so long?

A: Wile we do out best to stay within our turn around time, sometimes life happens, shipments get delayed, sometimes things are out of our control. We have pinned posts in the featured tabs of our groups that you can find the most up to date information for preorders or orders that will be running behind on tat.

Q: Why haven't you answered our email?

A: Please allow us 48 hours to respond to your email. We will also no longer be answering "where is my order?" emails pertaining to preorders. This information can be found in our Facebook groups, in the featured posts sections. 

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Simple put, no. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless there is an error on our end. We do not refund for delays, especially on preorders. 

 

Q: How do I iron on the patches?

A: Every press is different but a good starting point would be 300-315*f in 15-20 second intervals

Q: What kind of shirts do you use?

A: We will always use a cotton/polyester blend tee. Brands differ between Gilda, Hanes, Bella Canvas, and Tultex depending on the color choice and size. 

Q: What material is the design on the shirt?

A: All of our shirts are made with the sublimation process unless otherwise stated. Sublimation is in that is heat set and dyed into the garment. No two items will sublimate or bleach the same. With sublimation some fading can also be expected. This same process is used for our Tumblers, koozies, and many other customized items we offer. 

Q: What about customs?

A: We love custom orders! The best way to contact us for customs would be in our Facebook groups or Messenger. 

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We have shipped to the US and Canada but are definitely open to shipping other places. if you have any questions please email and we will do our best to get our items to you!
